  1. Bachelor’s degree
  2. Possess valid Massachusetts Teaching Licenses in the subject area of interest
  3. Experience in teaching Spanish to young, beginning learners



Deliver high-quality, engaging, and culturally responsive instruction aimed at creating a foundation of language acquisition for 3rd, 4th, and 5th graders.



  • Have a working knowledge of MA Frameworks and develop engaging curriculum and student-centered instruction based on standards and students' language proficiency
  • Differentiate instruction to meet the needs of individual students across grade levels and classrooms
  • Work closely with other Spanish teachers on the team to develop a high-quality program for all students
  • Communicate effectively and involve classroom teachers in Spanish lessons
  • Participate in professional development activities consistent with the district’s goals
  • All other responsibilities that are listed in the collective bargaining agreement between the Lincoln Educators’ Association and the Lincoln Public School Committee
